lemon plant (from lemon seeds)

This is a great little house plant that makes sure that those little lemon seeds don't go to waste. Lemon leaves smell great and work in any room of the house. Use an old coffee mug as a cute pot! For instructions on how to nurture this house plant into a full lemon tree, check out this site. Note: it does take seven years from seed for a tree to produce fruit but tree is able to grow in both your garden or a large pot!

What you need: 2-3 lemons, potting soil, small pebbles or rocks...

I used fertilized dirt from the garden and collected pebbles on the beach, and (in 7 years) will have free lemons!
