In our house, we try to use unprocessed items with no refined sugar, preservatives, or corn products (very inflammatory on the body- root of a lot of chronic illnesses), that are low in fructose (yes, that means not tons of fruit). Therefore a lot of my recipes are altered to reduce flour (processed), use refined sugar alternatives (Stevia, Rice Malt syrup, dried fruit), and use the healthiest fat source (coconut oil, chia seed gel, etc).

          Celsius to Fahrenheit conversion:

(C x 1.8) + 32=F

(F - 32) / 1.8=C

180C=350F
